Getting in a workout in the morning is one of my favourite ways to set the day up and get you feeling alive, however some mornings it's a little harder to muster up energy for a big sweat.
Perhaps you went to bed late the night before, or the kids kept you up all night.
Maybe you're recovering from an injury (or a night out?)
You may have had a big workout the day before and are feeling a little sore today, or maybe you actually do not really feel like working out.
