Every now and then I host Instagram Live classes - I love it so much as I get the chance to interact with you guys and teach those who I couldn't physically get to otherwise. The powers of the internet, huh!
These usually happen on a Saturday morning, and I like to ask my followers what kind of style workout they're after that day. On this particular time you guys voted an exact 50% split between Sweat and Flow, so I combined it! This just happens to be my favourite way to work out too.
