Feeling stiff? 3 minutes to open shoulders

Do you do any of these things on a weekly or even daily basis?

- Sit in front of a computer?

- Text?

- Commute?

- Carry a bag?

- Travel?

- Weight Training?

- Body weight exercises?

- Run?

Chances are you can say "yes" to at least one of those, and now your shoulders and chest are feeling pretty stiff from being in a hunched forward position or by strengthening the front of your body.

I've created a quick little video for you to help open up the shoulders and ease away any tension or pain. You can do this first thing in the morning, after a long time in front of the computer or when you've travelled, after a workout or before bed. For the most benefits, do it a couple of times during your day.
